TOO LAZY TO REMOVE MAKE UP-DUN BE CRAZY!

Are you ever too tired to take your make-up off just because you don't want to step into your washroom and fiddle through numerous face washes and cleansers etc you have gathered over time, deciding what to use can be difficult after a long day. Well I usually am lazy to get my make up off at night and it really bothers me as it is not a good custom. I'm now planning to put all my night time skincare regime stuff in a beautiful wash bag which will be then placed my toilet where I can easily see it and will try my best to be never to go to bed without doing what I consider the essentials steps towards having a better skin. In my bag I plan to have a
  • cleansing lotion(I prefer not to use wipes on a regular basis as they always seem to make my skin very dry)
  • some cleansing pads or cotton wool
  • a face wash
  • an eye cream
  • a moisturising lotion
  • a night time serum I have for treating pigmentation
The idea is very simple having all these basic things in one place will make it much easier and save time. Its just a little step towards being organised but I hope it'll help me to overcome the laziness. Sometimes little things matter :)
And last but not the least i wud like to share that sweet 'Get Gawjus' is having a 500 follower giveaway. Here is the link
Do have a look at her blog its really amazings.

Boots 3 for 2 offer

Boots has started their 3 for 2 offer on most make-up, skincare and hair once again. Although I find Boots to be more expensive than Superdrug but sometimes they come up with really nice offers. Like today I saw that with the new No 7 square wand mascara there is a free sultry eyes pallete in pinks and plum sort of shades which I'm loving. I resisted to buy it as I wanted a Maybelline mascara instead but maybe I'll go on the weekend and buy it. Can't wait :) I stocked up my favourite mosturiser though. 3 for 2 rocks as you end up paying really less. If you want to shop make-up stock up things while this offer lasts. You can buy online and collect in store which will save you loads of time. Also there is free delivery on orders over £40. Happy shopping.

HAIR FREE = TENSION FREE

Hello everyone,

Being hair-free especially free of facial hair is every girls dream. All of us know that we can thread, shave, epilate, use creams, wax, laser and the list goes on but to permenantly get hair free is superb. It means saying good-bye to these uncomfortable, irritating, time consumin, painful methods of hair removal. Natural is obviously the best so why not try something easy on the budget and good on the skin.

Mix 2 tsp of gram flour with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of curd(mix milk or a little more curd if you find the consistency is too thick). Make a paste apply a thin layer on your face excluding the delicate eye and lip area and leave it for about 10 mins when it starts to get a little dry rub it off, then wash your face. Apply it daily and after 3 weeks you will notice the difference. If you can't do it daily atleast do it every other day and it will still help.

This only take 15 mins in total, its cheap and easy to do. Its also very good for skin- leaves it feeling smooth and clear. I have started using it daily, its only a few days so I can't comment on the reduction of hair but my skin is sooooooooooo much better. I wake up in the morning cleanse my face, wash it, dry it, apply the paste, in the meanwhile give breakfast to my 8 months old boy and then go rub the paste off, wash the face and mosturise it and WOW I have soft velvety clean skin.

Do not speak after applying the mask. This works wonders for those with oily and acne prone skin as it removes extra oils and impurities leaving skin fresh and clean but also work for those with dry skin as me (YES- I have a very dry skin) but if you have a dry skin don't forget to use a good mosturiser afterwards.

Best of luck for a glowing and hair free face. Try it out and let me know about the results. I will also post an update in a few weeks time. Be hair-free and tension free :)

lazy day

Today I had a lazy day. After my dearest 8 months old son now it was my turn to be attacked by a winter flu.
Achooo achooo achoo!!!!!
-sneezing
-runny nose
-loads of tissue papers
-spinning head
That was all for today but despite all this I tried to cheer myself up by applying make-up generously and getting ready without any occasion. Just logged on to skype made a video call to my sister and showed her doing my make-up. Surely changed my mood and drifted my mind away from the terrible flu. The outlook turned out quite well which was an added advantage :)
Comment and tell what do you do when feeling low and how it helps your mood.

Review-NIVEA VISAGE TINTED MOSTURISER

Hello,

As promised i'm posting today a review which is on a mosturiser ive fallen in love with -it is Nivea Visage mosturising day cream in natural. It is for all skin types and claims to mosturise for 24h and even the skin tone for a healthy looking complexion. I am not sure about it mosturising my skin for the whole 24 hrs but it surely evens out the skin tone without giving the heaviness of a foundation. You can say that its a lighter version of a liquid foundation. Its ideal for teens and those with a dry skin and who don't want to wear a foundation on daily basis but still want to look fresh and glowing as it brightens up your complexion with light reflecting pigments, Hydramine and Vitamin E. I must say that its niether very matte nor too shiny - just a perfect hydrated skin kinda look.It has got a nice scent to which is very similar to most of the other nivea creams. I think that it is also available in 'fair' for the ones with slightly lighter skin tone but im not that sure. Its easily available at Boots and Superdrug in the range of 5 GBP +.Here is the link if you want to get it online at Boots.com
http://www.boots.com/en/Nivea-Visage-Tinted-Moisturising-Day-Cream-50ml_851838/

This was the information about the product itself now what I think is that its really good for people with dry skin as it does not make your skin dry and patchy and it saves your time as you don't need to first applya mosturiser n then move onto then foundation itself. What I basically do is apply my eye cream and my concealer which is Rimmel's 'Hide the blemish' concealerstick in colour sand which is number 002 and then I apply this mosturiser in dots all over my face except my eye area and blend it in- in gentle upward strokes n thats it - but you want a little extra coverage another layer can be applied to the more needed areas or a light foundation as mineral based loose pwder can be used on topof it but i have not tried it yet. Will try it soon and let you people know.

For now this is it. Please do tell me if you have used this mosturiser and how did you find it. Also rate and leave comment.
